Guidelines

1) Start with "Take me to the moon"
2) The narrative is being told by one or more passengers in a taxi to the moon
3) In some way, involve why the passenger(s) are going to the moon

This leaves a lot open:
Noir monologues. Musical duets. Beatnik poetry. What year is it? What's on the moon? How much is the fare? Is this the future? What do people put on their sandwiches in the future? Where did the taxi pick up? Space mustaches!

Text only submissions are welcome, but they aren't finished until they have audio recordings. Mature content is fine, but please flag it as such.

When performed it should be approximately 2 to 7 minutes long. Submit as many as you'd like.

The Moon Taxi Project does NOT want exclusive rights to your writing and/or performances. All submissions must be original works and all authors and performers must agree to submit their work under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike License. Give it a read. In short, it means that as the creator, you can choose to publish elsewhere and Moon Taxi visitors can remix and pass along your art (with attribution).
